Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Visionwave Technology, we strive to provide our customers with the best digital products and services. We encourage you to read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Eligibility for Cancellation:
    Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of purchase if the service or product delivery has not commenced.
  • How to Initiate a Cancellation:
    To cancel an order, please email us at support@visionwavetechnology.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • Non-Cancellable Items:
    Since most of our products are digital and delivered instantly, cancellations are generally not possible once the product has been downloaded or service initiated.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

    • If the customer has been charged multiple times for the same product/service.
    • If the purchased service/product was not delivered due to technical issues, and Visionwave Technology is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
    • If the service provided does not match the description or agreement.
  • Refund Exclusions:

    • Refunds will not be issued for digital products once they are downloaded or activated.
    • Services rendered as per agreement but unsatisfactory to the customer due to reasons outside our control (e.g., misuse of the product).
  • Refund Process:
    Customers can request a refund by emailing us at support@visionwavetechnology.com with the following details:

    • Order ID
    • Reason for the refund
    • Supporting documentation (if applicable)
  • Refund Processing Time:
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the request being approved. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Exchanges:
    Exchanges are applicable only for products or services that were delivered incorrectly or with defects that cannot be resolved.
  • Exchange Process:
    To initiate an exchange, email us at support@visionwavetechnology.com with details of the issue and your order ID.
