This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, in line with the principles of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India).
Reporting a copyright complaint
If you believe content on this website infringes a copyright you own or control, please email us a written notice that includes:
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our process
On receiving a valid notice, we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question. We may also notify the party who posted it.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with your details, identification of the removed material and its location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to restrict or remove access for users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
