Visionwave Technology provides digital products and marketing services that are delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or physical delivery timelines. This policy explains how and when our digital deliverables and services reach you.
1. Nature of our offerings
Everything we deliver, including reports, audits, creative assets, templates, websites and ongoing marketing services, is provided online. "Delivery" therefore means giving you access to a file, link, account or completed work, not a physical dispatch.
2. Delivery of digital products
Reports, templates, creative assets and similar one-time deliverables are sent by email or a secure download link, typically within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation and receipt of the required inputs, unless a different timeline is agreed. Some products or subscriptions grant immediate access after purchase.
3. Delivery of marketing services
Timelines for ongoing services such as SEO, paid advertising, social media management and web development are set out in your proposal or Agreement. Onboarding or strategy sessions usually begin within 2 to 3 business days of confirmation, with progress and reporting shared on the agreed cadence, typically weekly or monthly.
4. Delivery timelines depend on inputs
Because our work is collaborative, delivery timelines assume you provide the content, brand assets, approvals and access we need on time. Delays in those inputs will move the delivery dates accordingly.
5. Delays
In the rare event of a delay on our side, we will notify you promptly, explain the reason and work to resolve it as quickly as reasonably possible.
6. If you did not receive a delivery
If you have not received your digital product or access as expected, first check your email spam or promotions folder. If it is still not there, contact us through our contact page and we will resend or resolve it quickly.
7. International clients
Since delivery is fully electronic, we serve clients regardless of location without customs, duties or import charges. Applicable taxes, if any, are handled as per your Agreement.
