Visionwave Technology provides digital products and marketing services delivered electronically. This policy outlines our delivery process and expectations.

Delivery of digital products

Reports, templates, creative assets and other digital deliverables are sent via email or a secure download link, typically within 1–2 business days of confirmation unless otherwise agreed. Some products/subscriptions grant immediate access.

Delivery of marketing services

Timelines for ongoing services — SEO, paid ads, social media management, web development — are set out in your service agreement. Onboarding or strategy sessions typically begin within 2–3 business days of confirmation, with progress reports shared on the agreed cadence (weekly or monthly).

Delays

In the rare event of a delay, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve it within 3 business days.

Non-receipt

If you do not receive your digital product or service as expected, please contact us immediately via our contact page so we can resolve it quickly.
